CHAIR for Illustration Friday

I took a figure drawing class and the chair in here is unfinished, but I really like how it came out.

I think this is absolutely fantastic!

I like to take life drawing classes every year. There's something about drawing someone in all their vaulnerability that is so beautiful...

I love this illustration. And I really like that the chair is unfinished...it's like a ghost of something she once thought to be comforting..

great detail on the countour of the body... and the 'unfinished' chair fits perfectly as it seem to mean that eventhough she seems like resting, she is still needing comfort. and the rest tho seemed satisfiying is not.

so all in all.. its a masterpiece in itself! great great work!

Kelli,
I love this!! How you brought out the strength of the person and then I see the gentle person soft person. Great work, keep it up. Hope to see more from you and Mom.
